How should I choose the best size for me?
We have a size guide that helps to serve as a general guideline to help you find your size at For Love & Lemons. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you in finding your perfect size. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we are able to help as efficiently as possible.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however we do process orders fast, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the FedEx tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it taken care of for you!
What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us right away at 1(800) 218-6230. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible. Please note: After a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do gift card purchases expire?
Gift cards that are purchased on Forloveandlemons.com do not have an expiration date. However, any gift card/store credit that is given as a result of a merchandise return has an expiration date of 1 year from the date it was issued.
I purchased a gift card, am I able to return it?
Unfortunately, all gift cards purchased are final sale.
How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $125 (before tax & after discounts) within the continental U.S., any order under $125 costs $8.95 for ground shipping.
What if I want my order faster?
We also offer standard 2-day and overnight shipping options. Both are available at checkout.
How fast is your shipping?
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 2-6 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, which is only available within the U.S. Any additional shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S., you can select an expedited shipping method at checkout (please refer to pricing above). This shipping cost is non-refundable. Overnight orders need to be placed before 12PM PST to be processed and shipped out same day. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO?
Yes! Any order being shipped to the above address types will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.

Are taxes and duties included in my total?
Unfortunately, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
What if I refuse my package?
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer expedited international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (less original shipping charges). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. Skivvies bags, Swim bags and poly bags.
You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. You refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
Any item(s) purchased using a promotional code are eligible for store credit only (this excludes 15% off for Unidays Students and 10% off for first time customer). Any sale item(s) are eligible for store credit only. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
What if my return is past the 21 days?
Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit (that expires 1 year from issue date). Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Does my store credit from my return expire?
Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
How do I return my order from within the U.S.?
For all U.S. orders we include a pre-paid shipping label to make it easy! If you choose to use this shipping label, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund amount. If you did not receive a label or you misplaced it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a new one.

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale are have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We do understand that buying Final Sale items is difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding sizing, fabric, or fit.
