Giving Back

As a business, we understand our responsibility to give back to our community. We focus our charitable efforts on a few causes that we really care about: women’s advancement and economic stability. Also, we incentivize employees to give back to causes they feel strongly about by offering paid volunteer days.

Every year clothing companies are left with a bunch of extra product - and we are no exception. Instead of selling all of these pieces at a discount or throwing them away, we donate unsold clothes to non-profit organizations and charities that help women and their families achieve economic independence. This past year, we donated to Dress For Success [link], an organization that provides professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life and On Your Feet Inc. [link], an organization that helps low-income families achieve economic success.

Additionally, in 2016 we donated clothes to be sold at a charity benefiting Wags & Walks, a Los Angeles based charity that helps dogs without owners find foster care and eventually their forever homes.

We are proud to employ strong-minded women that care deeply about a multitude of issues. That’s why we offer one paid volunteer day a month so our employees can help out where they feel their passions and strengths lie.
